We are an Executive and Corporate Coaching consultancy based in Cornwall. Established in 1996 we have been delivering consultancy and coaching services both locally and nationally for over 10 years. Initially starting off as a training delivery company, we have expanded our portfolio as a result of client demand. Our portfolio now includes people management consultancy, general management consultancy, occupational personality profiling, recruitment and selection, and executive, corporate and life coaching.
The team comprises Christine Stephenson - Managing Consultant, Jacqueline Brook - Workshop Coordinator and Jacky Cuddy - Administrator. We also work with a range of self-employed Associates.
Christine Stephenson is an experienced Executive & Corporate Coach, conference speaker, Occupational Personality Profiler, management consultant and trainer. Christine trained with Neil and Vicki Espin two of the UK's premier Executive and Corporate Coaches. She also trained and is accredited to the Coaching Academy and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. She is also a long distance runner and a member of the Women's Running Network. Along with her husband Mark and several friends from the Women's Running Network, Christine successfully completed the Dublin Marathon in October 2007 and the 2008 London Marathon. Christine holds a range of professional qualifications including the Diploma in Personnel and Development, the Diploma in Management Studies, NVQ's in Business Planning and Assessment, and she is also qualified and licensed to levels A & B in Occupational Personality Profiling and Ability Testing and is trained in NLP techniques. She was also formerly an Investors in People Adviser and Assessor.
Christine operates on a national and local basis. Her aim is to enable our clients to have the ultimate competitive advantage - executives, managers and employees with high levels of accurate self-awareness, professional skills and mindsets for success. Using Occupational Personality Profiling, and other business tools and techniques, she helps clients, on an individual, team and organisational level, to have a deeper understanding of how their preferred behaviour may be a strength or a vulnerability. She also provides skill coaching in specific areas such as leadership, managing change, creating high performing teams, managing conflict, managing people, projection and impact, public speaking, time management and career change.
